Now is the time to get the one-on-one support you need to achieve your health goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, reduce pain, balance hormones, reduce your diabetes risk or all of the above! Ongoing support and coaching has been proven to increase results. Making diet and lifestyle changes is daunting, so I will be here holding your hand, as much or as little as you choose. You can choose from the 3 levels of support – Essential, Advanced or Ultimate health.
My group programs are suitable for everyone and are a great way to get started! Join the community of support from like minded people. The programs include online Yoga, meditation & breathing exercises, live and recorded to replay at a time that suits you. Recipes & handouts will be provided. Nutrition & Yoga questions can be answered at the weekly Q&A.
